OUTER COVERS
Mix and match! Your cover will be made to order from your choice for three sections: front/gusset; back; and webbing/zip/seam.

All covers are gussetted to accommodate the smaller surfboard fins, and you can have an optional fin slot for the large central fin. No surfer wants to carry more than one bag; you'll find plenty of room for your wetsuit, towels and other accessories.

The front/gusset and back panels may be chosen separately from either nylon or vinyl fabric in a wide range of colours (see our Fabrics page for full details). The straps, zip and seams come as a coordinated set in black, white, yellow, bright blue, red or green.

All external materials are fully waterproof and fire retardant to BS Kitemark standard.

PADDING
For internal padding, we use industrial grade high-impact foams.
There is a choice of two thicknesses
• Standard: 10mm
• Shipping/flying cover: 20mm (this is chosen to provide the maximum protection for boards in transit, which are notoriously prone to expensive damage during storage and baggage handling).

Both options are twice the thickness of competing products. Note that the gusset is also padded, to avoid damage to the tail edge of the board.

LININGS
The inner linings are made of white Caflex™, a waterproof and flame resistant PVC-coated polyester fabric. Our covers contain a Velcro-sealed padded internal pocket for storing valuables out of sight.

ZIPS
All covers have a water-repellent 'fishhook' format zip to allow easy access to your board. The zip fabric is rot-resistant.

STRAPS
All handles and shoulder straps come in 38mm webbing, a wider grade chosen for strength and ease of carrying.

For your convenience, each cover has eyelets for a shoulder strap on both sides, as well as storage rings at each end for securing to garage roofs, car roofs in transit, etc.

SIZES
We can make a cover for any board size: just specify the dimensions (length, breadth, depth) and style when you order.
